2 Movers and a van
For moves that require two movers and a van, we charge $110/hour with a 3-hour minimum, plus a flat $10/flight of stairs for walk-up buildings (not per hour) and a small flat surcharge that covers our gas, tolls and equipment expenses. After the first 3 hours, any additional time is prorated by the quarter-hour. *Exceptions to our hourly minimum can be made for moves that only require a load or unload, moving within the same building, etc.
1 mover and a van
For moves that require only one mover and a van, we charge $75/hour with a 3-hour minimum, plus a flat $10/flight of stairs for walk-up buildings (not per hour) and a small flat surcharge that covers our gas, tolls and equipment. All time after the first 3 hours is prorated by the quarter hour.
Flat rates
For smaller deliveries that don’t require any disassembly or assembly, or longer-distance moves, we can offer a fixed flat rate that includes all labor, estimated travel time, gas and tolls.
